Hope everyone had a great time on Saturday, its always great to see a full dance floor going wild to Xerox Teens and the Pixies. Anyway special thanks to Untitled Musical Project and Get Crucial who were absolutely amazing! I should also thank Ryan (Cuckoo's Nest), Olly (White Heat), Mark (Fanfarlo/Wolfie) and Ewan (Uberstompf/dissapointed Gunner) for providing and transporting some equipment at the last minute, oh and the 3 other guys who moshed with me during UMP's set. Pictures of the mosh pit, Untitled going absolutely insane and Matty of White Heat involved in various forms of sexual assault will be up soon.
OK, now for some music. I'm not really feeling the electric mood right now and I've spent the last few days listening to 'The Velvet Underground & Nico' album. But here's two tracks that went down really well on Saturday.
First is Federic Franchi's 'Cream' which has been filling indie dance floors ever since 2manyDJs played it at Our Disco in March. Heavy trance/techno influence in the track, but don't worry NNN isn't going all new rave. This is quite simply a great electro song which you just can't help but dance to.

Next up is 'Godd' by up and comming London electro outfit Joe and Will Ask? When I heard it being played at Durrr last week by the bass line sounded had a distorted sound that didnt make it seem like an electro band. Turns out that was just the speakers. Regardless, this track is great poppy dance track by band making some interesting electro music.

That's enough for now. Remember Tired Irie and Upcdownc are playing on April 28th, hopefully I'll have some of their track to put up some time soon.
